The product

One system from first site visit to final receipt

Four modules that share the same numbers, so nobody reconciles a spreadsheet against a WhatsApp thread again.

Estimation

Quotes priced off your own rates

Build a BOQ from saved rate cards, version it as the client changes their mind, and convert the winning estimate straight into a project.

Finance

Invoices that reconcile themselves

Every payment lands on the invoice and the project ledger at once, so the cashflow chart is never a guess.

Site operations

The plot reports itself

Daily logs, photos, material stock, and wage registers filed from a phone in the dust. The office sees them the moment they are saved.

Why BilledUp

Why contractors switch

Not another dashboard. The specific things that break when a yard runs on paper, phone calls, and three spreadsheets.

4

Modules, one truth

Estimates, projects, finance, and site ops read from the same records. No export-and-reconcile ritual.

3

Doors, one product

Owner, project manager, and client each get their own login and see only what they should.

NPR

Local by default

Currency, tax, fiscal year, and payment methods match how you already get paid.

Live

No refresh rituals

A payment logged on site is on the owner's cashflow chart before the phone is back in a pocket.

How it works

Running by the end of the afternoon

  1. 01

    Bring the yard in

Add your live projects, clients, and rate cards in one sitting. Nothing to migrate, no consultant to book.

    Step 01
  2. 02

    Hand out the roles

Your PM gets the site, your accountant gets the ledger. Everyone works in the same data with different permissions.

    Step 02
  3. 03

    Open the portal

Send the client a link. They watch milestones and payments instead of calling you every second evening.

    Step 03

Pricing

Flat plans, no per-invoice tax

Start on one job. Move up when the yard fills. Nothing is metered against how much you bill.

Questions

Asked before signing up

Is everything actually in NPR?

Yes. Currency, tax defaults, and the Kathmandu timezone are the baseline, not a setting you toggle later. Amounts are stored as numbers with an explicit currency and formatted once at the display edge, so lakh and crore groupings read the way your accountant expects.

Can my client see what a job costs me?

Never. The client portal is a separate surface with its own queries: milestones, payment schedule, shared documents, and site photos. Costs, margins, wage rates, and vendor pricing are not exposed to it, and you decide per project how much of the rest a client sees.

How long before my team is actually using it?

An afternoon for most contractors. Bring in your live projects, clients, and rate cards, invite your PM, and hand the client a portal link. There is no migration consultant and no implementation fee.

Do you support eSewa and Khalti?

Payments can be recorded against any method your clients use, including eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, cheque, and cash. Every payment lands on the invoice and the project ledger at the same time, so the cashflow view stays honest.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It stays yours. Export projects, transactions, invoices, and documents at any time. We do not hold your history hostage to keep you subscribed.

Does the site team need training?

The parts a site engineer touches (daily logs, photos, materials, and wage entries) are built for a phone on a dusty site. If someone can send a WhatsApp message, they can file a daily log.

Your next project shouldn'tlive in spreadsheets.

Estimates, expenses, teams, and clients — one workspace from the first site visit to the final receipt.
